Matt has spent his entire career in municipal engineering working in all phases of projects. He began in 2006 as a field technician providing field inspections and project management which has given him a strong background in the construction phase of the projects. Over the years he has also designed  and managed multiple projects including culinary water, irrigation water, storm drain, flood control, street maintenance and park projects. He also has experience with utility master plans, development reviews and cost estimation. He currently provides engineering support and acts as the project engineer for various communities and service districts in Northern Utah.
