Justin is an experienced GIS Analyst with 10+ years of experience and has contributed to Projects for UDOT, various Municipalities and Service Districts, and private entities. Before joining Jones & Associates, he worked as a Planner and GIS Analyst to provide planning and mapping support ranging from Transportation Master Plans to land development and site planning.  He has been involved in many aspects of planning and design for culinary water, sanitary sewer, storm water, and roadways.

Justin earned a Master’s Degree in City Planning from the University of Utah in 2010. He has an analytical mind, is detail-oriented, organized, and driven to find the right solution to any problem that comes his way.  Justin has developed complex datasets and delivers GIS Projects according to each Client’s exact specifications and time constraints – this includes developing the required complex geospatial analysis solutions.  He develops Briefing Books and other web applications using ArcGIS online for mobile and desktop use.  Justin is proactive and monitors, maintains, and graphically analyzes the structural integrity of each GIS system he works on.
