Justin is a GIS Analyst that has 14 years of experience.  He has helped with many projects from UDOT, Municipalities to Service Districts. He has been involved in many aspects of design, including culinary water, sanitary sewer, storm water, and roadway.  Justin has received his Master’s Degree in City Planning from the University of Utah.  He has an analytical mind, research, organization, implementing changes, public relations, and is detail-oriented. He has developed complex datasets and has the ability to deliver GIS projects according to specifications and within time constraints. Has the ability to develop data to exact specifications as well as develop complex geospatial analysis solutions.
