View PositionsBrett started his career with Jones & Associates doing summer intern work as a draftsman & field technician and has been regularly working with municipal clients since 2000. He graduated from Utah State University with a Bachelors of Science degree in Civil Engineering in 2003, is currently a licensed professional engineer in the State of Utah, and serves as a Principal Engineer for the company. He has extensive experience in municipal engineering.
Brett currently reviews and approves development projects such as subdivisions and commercial site plans for various communities. He provides experienced insight at city council meetings, planning commission meetings, public hearings, and project meetings as an engineering consultant. He is also involved with master planning, various utility systems and infrastructure needs for clientele. He has designed numerous street, wastewater, storm water, drinking water, irrigation and park facilities. In addition, he has notable experience in coordination with state and federal agencies on storm water, floodplain, wastewater, irrigation and drinking water issues.
Brett has also served as President and on the Board of Directors for the Utah City Engineers Association and Utah Engineers Council.
