Kuyler graduated from Weber State University in 2018 with a Bachelor of Science in Applied Environmental Geosciences and again in 2019 with a Certificate of Proficiency in Geospatial Analysis. During school and early in his career, he gained extensive experience in construction materials and geotechnical laboratory testing, as well as environmental consulting. Before joining Jones & Associates, he worked at Washington Terrace City as an Environmental/GIS Specialist, where he managed the storm water program, and performed all aspects of city mapping including utilities, parks, transportation, planning, and disaster relief. Kuyler is versatile and skilled in GIS, cartography, database management, and spatial analysis. He thrives on finding creative solutions to difficult problems.
