Samuel is a highly versatile and valuable member of the Jones & Associates team. With extensive experience in civil design for subdivisions, commercial and residential site plans, and various aspects and needs for municipalities and service districts.  Because of that experience, he is able to assist and manage projects from conceptual planning to construction. His experience and attention to details provides excellent assistance in the review of developments that come through our office. His broad expertise covers UDOT projects, private developments, and engineering services for various districts and municipalities. Samuel’s skills extend to GIS, where he holds a Certificate and assists in data management and mapping. Additionally, his proficiency in documentation and design, along with technical support and office organization, ensures that the office operates smoothly on a daily basis.
