Brandon is the oldest son of Kent and Donna Jones and has been working for Jones and Associates since 1996. He started in high school working summers as a drafter. Desiring to become an engineer, he attended Utah State University and graduated in 2003 with a B.S. degree in Civil Engineering. He continued his work at Jones and Associates and is currently a licensed professional engineer in the State of Utah and serves as a Principal Engineer for the company.
Brandon is currently appointed as the City Engineer for several cities and assists with services and projects for many other cities, counties and service districts. He has designed many water, storm drain, sewer, park and street related projects. He has been directly involved in the preparation of many General Plans, Master Plans and Capital Facilities Plans, including work related to Impact Fee Analyses. He has extensive experience with development reviews and integrating each development into the city’s infrastructure and the community as a whole. Brandon loves engineering and the ability to provide creative solutions to challenging problems.
Brandon also serves on the Utah State University Civil Engineering Advisory Board.
