Over the past 35+ years, we have reviewed and overseen the completion of over 2000 subdivision and commercial developments for a variety of municipal clients. From initial concept to final plat approval, we ensure that the development follows the individual Client’s ordinances and requirements. Once the subdivision is approved, we help each Client ensure the correct escrow account is established, monitor the construction of the development, and oversee the release of escrow funding as work is complete.
