Joe is driven by the opportunity to connect with the people behind each project—whether community members, stakeholders, or project partners—and to see meaningful improvements take shape. He takes pride not only in the technical details, but in the collaborative process that transforms engineering solutions into safer, more resilient cities.
His work centers on hydraulics and hydrology, with a particular interest in open channel systems. Joe is passionate about designing infrastructure that protects people and property from both natural and manmade disasters while strengthening the communities it serves.
