Samuel is a well rounded member of the Jones & Associates team. He has knowledge and experience with civil design for subdivisions, site plans and municipalities. Because of that experience, he is able to do thorough reviews of development plans that come through our office. He has experience working on several UDOT projects from conceptual planning, through permitting, to Notice to Proceed for construction. He has recently obtained his Certificate in GIS and works with the GIS systems and mapping for the firm’s clients. He has a keen ability for project documentation and design. Samuel has additional expertise in technical support and office organization. He keeps the office physically running properly every day.
